Strategy-first web design and development — from discovery to launch on Webflow
Good websites don’t happen by accident.
They come from asking the right questions, making deliberate decisions, and keeping you involved.

Discovery
Strategy
We start by getting to know you properly. Questionnaires and sessions give us the full picture: your business, your goals, and what success looks like for you. We ask a lot of questions and we listen carefully. From there, we research your audience, study your competitors, and build a strategy guide that connects all of it. We present it and refine it together until we're both confident it’s right.
What you get:
Structure
The next step is figuring out where everything goes. We build a detailed sitemap that maps every page and section to the goals and user journeys from the strategy. It’s not a rough outline. It’s a plan that tells us exactly what we’re building, how people will navigate it, and where they’ll find what they need. Alongside, we work together on the final copy so the words are ready before exploring the visuals.
What you get:
Design
Design Direction
We don’t jump into pages. First, we figure out the visual direction — how the website should look and feel as a whole. We explore options, research references, and present directions that cover typography, color, imagery, layout, and motion approaches. We discuss them and refine one until it clicks. Once we’re aligned, we have a reference point so we move faster without guessing.
What you get:
Website Design
Now we design. Homepage first — it sets the tone for everything else. We present it, talk about it, and refine it. Once you approve, we build out the design system and style guide that keep the consistency. Then we expand to the full website. Everything connects back to the strategy and follows the design direction. We don’t move on until you’re happy and we don’t make choices we can’t explain.
What you get:
Development
Build
First, we set up variables, themes, and components that make your site consistent, manageable, and ready to grow. Then we develop every page, section by section. Animations, interactions, integrations, CMS setup, and custom code where it’s needed. SEO and AEO are built into the structure from day one. We test everything across devices and browsers throughout, not just at the end.
What you get:
Launch
We don’t launch until everything is right. We test every page, interaction, link, form, and edge case across devices and browsers. We present the final site, walk you through everything, and launch once you’re ready. We make sure you’re set for the future. You get a website manual that covers everything and a Webflow workshop so you can manage your content without the risk of breaking anything.
What you get:
Timeline, deliverables and responsibilities
Eight weeks.
Three phases.
One process.
We don’t launch and disappear.
Your business will evolve and we can help your website evolve with it. We offer post-launch packages for ongoing support, updates, and growth. Some clients need a few hours a month. Others want us more involved. Either way, we’re here.
FAQs
Here’s what we get asked most — answered the way we’d answer on a call. If your question isn’t here, get in touch.
A typical project takes eight to twelve weeks from kickoff to launch. That includes strategy, design, and development. Larger or more complex projects follow the same process but are built and launched in phases over a monthly retainer. Timeline depends on scope, feedback speed, and how quickly content is ready on your side.
Ours has three phases: discovery, design, and development. We start by understanding your business, audience, and goals. Then we build a strategy and sitemap before designing anything. Design starts with a visual direction, moves to the homepage, and expands to the full site. Development happens in Webflow with custom code, animations, CMS setup, and SEO and AEO built in from day one. You’re involved at every stage — not just the beginning and the end.
Involved enough to make good decisions. We handle the heavy lifting — strategy, design, development — but we’ll need your input at key moments: feedback on the strategy, content and brand assets, design approvals, and a final review before launch. The best projects happen when clients stay close to the work. We make that easy by keeping you in the loop at every stage.
Yes. We build on Webflow in a way that lets you edit content, add pages, and manage your site without touching code or risking breaking anything. Before we wrap up, you get a Webflow workshop where we walk you through everything hands-on, plus a website manual you can reference anytime. You’ll be comfortable managing your site — and if you ever need help, we’re a message away.
Web design is how the website looks and communicates — layout, typography, color, hierarchy, user experience. Web development is how it’s built — the code, the functionality, the performance, the CMS, the integrations. We do both. Design and development aren’t separate services here — they’re two phases of the same process, and the same people handle both. That’s what keeps everything consistent from strategy to launch.
Our fixed-priced projects start at 10.000€ / $12.000. That covers strategy, design, and development — the full process. Retainer-based projects start at 5.000€ / $6.000 per month. The final price depends on the scope, number of pages, and complexity of the build. We’re transparent about pricing from the start — no surprises, no hidden costs. See our full pricing breakdown on the pricing page.
Not as much as you may think. It helps to have a sense of your goals, your audience, and what’s not working with your current site — but you don’t need a detailed brief. That’s what our discovery phase is for. If you have brand assets, content, or examples of websites you like, great. If not, we’ll figure it out together.
The relationship doesn’t necessarily end at launch. We offer post-launch retainer packages for ongoing support, updates, and improvements. Whether you need a few hours a month or a more involved partnership, we’ll find what works. Your website should keep up with your business, and we’re here to make sure it does.
No. We don’t filter by industry — we align by mindset. We work best with founders and teams who value quality, directness, and a real working relationship. If you care about the process as much as the result, we’ll probably work well together. Our portfolio spans different industries, and the case studies show that the same process works across all of them.
Yes, as an additional service. If you need a brand identity before or alongside your website — logo, typography, color palette, brand guidelines — we can handle that too. Branding projects start at 5.000€ / $6.000. It’s not our primary offering, but it means your brand and website are built by the same people with the same thinking behind both.
