The name isn’t a coincidence. It’s a whole point.

We came from creative [dance, music, video] and marketing backgrounds. Somewhere along the way, those things merged.

We’re small and that’s a feature.

We came from creative [dance, music, video] and marketing backgrounds. Somewhere along the way, those things merged.

We started building websites because it was interesting, stayed because we cared about doing it properly, and built a studio around the belief that small teams can deliver better work than big agencies — if they hold the standard.

We’re small on purpose.

Not because we’re just starting out, but because it’s the only way we want to work. We’ve seen what happens when projects get passed between people who weren’t in the room for the important conversations. We keep it small so nothing gets lost. We don’t take on projects we can’t give our full attention to.

What we value

Craft

We sweat the details — a lot. Every decision from strategy to code is deliberate. If something’s on the page, it’s there for a reason. If it’s not needed, it’s gone.

Honesty

We’re not yes-people. If your idea won’t work, we’ll say so — kindly, but clearly. We’d rather have a hard conversation early than deliver something we don’t believe in.

Partnership

We don’t work for you. We work with you. The best projects come from collaboration — and so do the best relationships. We want clients who show up for the process.

These aren’t on the wall for decoration. They show up in every project, every conversation, and every decision we make.

FAQs

A few more things you might want to know about us and our studio.

Slovenia, Europe. We work with clients worldwide — most of them in the US, UK, Western Europe, and Scandinavia. Time zones have never been an issue. We keep communication async-friendly and schedule calls when they matter.

Yes. Most of our clients are outside Slovenia. We work in English, communicate primarily over email and video calls, and structure everything so remote collaboration feels effortless. Being in a European time zone means we overlap well with both US and UK working hours.

For websites, yes. Webflow gives us the control we need for design and development, and it gives you the ability to manage your content after launch without touching code. We also use custom code for anything Webflow can’t handle on its own — animations, interactions, integrations, and more complex functionality.

Freelancers are usually great at one thing — design or development — but rarely both. You often end up managing the process yourself, coordinating between people, and filling in the gaps. A studio like ours handles strategy, design, and development under one roof. You get senior-level thinking and execution without the overhead of an agency or the coordination work of managing freelancers. The trade-off is price — studios cost more than most freelancers. The upside is that you get a complete process and a team that owns the result.

Two people at the core. Jan handles strategy and design. Tamara handles strategy and development. For projects that need more manpower or specific expertise, we bring in trusted partners — but you’ll always work directly with us. No account managers, no handoffs, no junior team behind the scenes.

All of them. We don’t filter by industry — we align by mindset. We work best with young-minded founders and teams who value quality, directness, and a real working relationship. The case studies on our work page span different industries, and the same process works across all of them.

Mostly size and structure. Agencies tend to be larger, with separate teams for strategy, design, and development — which often means handoffs and layers between you and the work. Studios like ours are smaller and more hands-on. You work directly with the people making the decisions. The trade-off is capacity — we take on fewer projects. The upside is attention and consistency.

Process, transparency, and proof of thinking. A good studio should be able to explain how they work, not just show what they’ve built. Look at case studies — do they show the strategy and decisions, or just the final screens? Check if pricing is visible. Ask who you’ll actually be working with. And trust your gut on the first conversation — if it feels right, it probably is.
